Po zru\u0161en\u00ed \u017eelez\u00e1ren objekt koupil a zv\u011bt\u0161il kosa\u0159 Jan Michal Hartel, kter\u00fd zde vyr\u00e1b\u011bl i dr\u00e1t a n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed. Rodin\u011b Hartl\u016f s men\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159est\u00e1vkami pat\u0159il a\u017e do roku 1812 do prodeje kos\u00e1rny rev\u00edrn\u00edku \u0158N\u0158 Janu Heinrichovi. V roce 1845 byla kos\u00e1rna prevedena do vlastnictv\u00ed Josef\u011b Langrov\u00e9, majitelce sousedn\u00edho ml\u00fdna. V roce 1898 p\u0159e\u0161el are\u00e1l do rukou mlyn\u00e1\u0159e Antona Franka, kter\u00fd ji tak\u00e9 pronaj\u00edmal (v roce 1921 zde bydlely rodiny kol\u00e1\u0159e, d\u011bln\u00edka na pile a ko\u010d\u00edho). Rodina Frankov\u00fdch vlastnila kos\u00e1rnu a\u017e do roku 1945, kdy byla p\u0159id\u011blena Josefu a Jarmile Pel\u00e1nov\u00fdm. V roce 1974 are\u00e1l zakoupilo Okresn\u00ed vlastiv\u011bdn\u00e9 muzeum v Brunt\u00e1le pro rekreaci, ale jeho mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed a pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 hodnoty mu p\u0159edur\u010dili \u00falohu muzea s expozicemi venkovsk\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed a lesnictv\u00ed.<br \/>\nObjekt b\u00fdval\u00e9 kos\u00e1rny v Karlovic\u00edch je z hlediska architektury tvarov\u011b i dispozi\u010dn\u011b ojedin\u011bl\u00fd. Jedn\u00e1 se o jedin\u00fd zachovan\u00fd objekt pro oblast kdysi typick\u00e9 architektury. Z dal\u0161\u00edch budov v are\u00e1lu se dochoval zd\u011bn\u00fd chl\u00e9v a ke \u0161p\u00fdcharu byla p\u0159istavena stodola.
